This is from our trip out to Versailles, home to the famous palace and gardens. It was an interesting contrast to Windsor Castle, which was immaculate compared to Versailles, which looks a bit rundown.

Many of the places that we went in London did not allow photography, such as Buckingham Palace, Kensington Palace, and the interior of Windsor castle, so we don't any photos of our visit t them. There is much more to come, as we do have some video to post and of course, the story of our race across Europe. I'm making progress!!

Working on it...

So we've been back a week now and I haven't posted any pictures. I am trying to get them together and a synopses of our travels.

We had a really good time despite the fact that we were basically racing from city to city in our quest to get in as much as possible. We must've walked 10 miles per day. I've also learned that I cannot stay away on a train whether it's hundreds of miles or 10 miles. Something about it just puts me to sleep.

I would say that my 2 favorite cities were Barcelona and Paris. I could probably live in either, because the food was great in both, though a bit pricey.
